With faith in our peaceful future, life and work in independent Ukraine, we made <a href=\"https:\/\/journal.iitta.gov.ua\/index.php\/itlt\/issue\/view\/135\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">the issue \u21162 (106) of the electronic professional journal &#8220;Information Technologies and Learning Tools&#8221;<\/a>. The issue consistently ranks 1st in the Top 100 &#8220;Best publications &#8211; Ukrainian&#8221; according to Google Scholar, included in the Web of Science Core Collection &#8211; Emerging Sources Citation Index (ESCI).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We want to present the works and professional achievements of Ukrainian and foreign researchers from&nbsp; Dnipro, Zaporizhzhya, Kyyiv, Rivne, Sumy, Ternopil\u02b9, Kharkiv, Kherson, Khmel\u02b9nyts\u02b9kyy and foreign countries Austria, Poland, Slovakia and Turkey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We dedicate this issue to the Independence of Ukraine. We dedicate this issue to the intelligence, talent, strength and courage of our citizens.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We will win!
