{"id":1848,"date":"2025-09-03T22:23:58","date_gmt":"2025-09-03T19:23:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/iitlt.gov.ua\/?p=1848"},"modified":"2025-09-05T13:43:55","modified_gmt":"2025-09-05T10:43:55","slug":"spivpratsia-z-mizhnarodnoiu-bazoiu-danykh-proquest","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/iitlt.gov.ua\/en\/spivpratsia-z-mizhnarodnoiu-bazoiu-danykh-proquest\/","title":{"rendered":"Cooperation with the International ProQuest Database"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>We are pleased to inform you that on May 23, 2023, the Institute for Digitalisation of Education of the NAES of Ukraine, the founder of the electronic scientific journal Information Technologies and Learning Tools, signed a license agreement with the international company ProQuest LLC (USA).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the terms of the agreement, ProQuest has obtained non-exclusive worldwide rights to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>reproduce, distribute, and disseminate the journal\u2019s materials in electronic and print formats;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>include full texts, bibliographic records, abstracts, and indexes in its scientometric and abstracting databases;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>provide access for searching, viewing, downloading, and printing journal articles.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This agreement does not alter the open access policy of the journal: all publications remain freely available on the journal\u2019s official website.
