On May 20-22, 2020, the International Conference «ICSF-2020: The International Conference on sustainable Futures: Environmental, Technological, Social and Economic Matters» was held in a remote format. The Institute of Information Technologies and Learning Tools of NAES of Ukraine acted as a co-organizer.
ICSF is a peer-reviewed international conference, which is the premier interdisciplinary forum for social scientists, life scientists, engineers, and practitioners to present their latest research results, ideas, developments, and applications. The ICSF occupies contributions in all aspects of sustainable development, focused on the intersection of sustainability, environment and technology, and their larger implications for corporation, government, education institutions, regions and society both at present and in the future.
Among the thematic areas of the conference it is worth noting the following: corporate social responsibility; governance, legislation and sustainable development policy; social and cultural sustainable development; sustainable development of society, economy, education, energy, construction and architecture, transport, technology, etc.

The total number of submitted materials was 187. Among the participants there were citizens of Ukraine (Dnipro, Zhytomyr, Zaporizhia, Ivano-Frankivsk, Kyiv, Kryvyi Rih, Lviv, Lutsk, Melitopol, Odessa, Rivne, Sumy, Ternopil, Kharkiv, Kherson, Khmelnytsky, Cherkasy), as well as Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bulgaria, Great Britain, Egypt, Kazakhstan, Kuwait, Germany, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Uzbekistan and others.
The research results of the Institute of Information Technologies and Learning Tools of NAES of Ukraine were presented by Oksana Ovcharuk, Iryna Ivaniuk, Nataliia Soroko, Olena Gritsenchuk, Oksana Kravchyna in a report on the topic: «The Use of Digital Learning Tools in the Teachers' Professional Activities to Ensure Sustainable Development and Democratization of Education in European Countries» and Maiia Marienko, Yulia Nosenko, Alisa Sukhikh, Viktor Tataurov, Mariya Shyshkina in a report on the topic: «Personalization of learning through adaptive technologies in the context of sustainable development of teachers’ education».
