THE NEW ISSUE "INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES AND LEARNING TOOLS"
The new issue Vol.4 (78) 2020 of scientific professional e-journal "Information Technologies and Learning Tools" has been published. The journal ranks the 8th place in the "The rating of scientific journals of Ukraine" (The Vernadsky National Library of Ukraine) and the 1st in the Top 100 of rating "The best publications - Ukrainian" (Google Scholar). The issue includes 22 articles, 9 of them in English. Authors from Ukraine, Italy, Turkey and Bulgaria present their scientific works.

International Conference on Applied Human Factors and Ergonomics
On July 16-20, 2020, the 11th International Conference on Applied Human Factors and Ergonomics (AHFE 2020) and 43 affiliated conferences took place, which received this year the status of a "virtual conference".
The conference objective is to provide an international forum for the dissemination and exchange of scientific information on theoretical, generic, and applied areas of human factors and ergonomics. This will be accomplished through the following six modes of communication: keynote presentation, parallel sessions, demonstration and poster sessions, tutorials, exhibitions, and meetings of special interest groups. The conference was attended by employees of the Institute of Information Technologies and Learning Tools of the NAES of Ukraine Oleksandr Burov, Olga Pinchuk, Svitlana Lytvynova.

The IV International Internet Conference "Pedagogical Comparative Studies and International Education 2020
May 28, 2020. The IV International Internet Conference "Pedagogical Comparative Studies and International Education 2020. Globalized Space of Innovations" was held. The Institute of Pedagogy of NAES of Ukraine arranged this event. The Institute of Information Technologies and Learning Tools of NAES of Ukraine was a co-organizer of the Conference. Scholars of the Comparative Studies Department for Information and Education Innovations IITLT of NAES of Ukraine took part in the Conference together with representatives of the scientific community from Ukraine, Belarus and Mexico. The main directions of the conference were: educational reforms and innovations in a globalized world; global strategies for digitalization of education; educational policy in the framework of European and global issues; current problems of vocational and adult education in a comparative perspective; international experience in supporting giftedness and inclusive education, etc.

V International Scientific and Practical Conference "Information Technologies in Education, Science and Technology" (ITEST-2020)
May 21-22, 2020. V International Scientific and Practical Conference "Information Technologies in Education, Science and Technology" (ITEST -2020) took place in Cherkasy State Technological University. The event was dedicated to the 60th anniversary of the University. The Institute of Information Technologies and Learning Tools of NAES of Ukraine acted as a co-organizer of Conference. Scholars of scientific institutions, university professors and graduate students were attended on conference online. The reports of the participants highlighted the main directions of development of information technology and systems that utilize in education, economics, management, medicine.

SCIENTIFIC AND PRACTICAL WEBINAR "HOW TO CREATE STEM LEARNING ENVIRONMENT THAT WORKS FOR SCHOOL "
On May 14, 2020. Scientific and Practical Webinar "How To Create STEM Learning Environment that Works for School "was held with the support of the Institute of Information Technologies and Learning Tools of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine, the State Scientific Institution “Institute of Education Content Modernization” (IECM) of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and the State Space Agency of Ukraine. Event was dedicated the implementation of the concept of STEM-education in school practice. Valery Yukhymovich Bykov, Director of the Institute of Information Technologies and Learning Tools of NAES of Ukraine, took part in the webinar with a report.

3rd Workshop on Digital Transformation of Education (ICTERI 2024)
The Institute for Digitalisation of Education of NAES of Ukraine invites you to participate in the third English-language workshop on DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION OF EDUCATION (DigiTransfEd 2024). The seminar is peer-reviewed and will be held in a hybrid format on 09/23/2024 as part of ICTERI 2024.
The theme of DigiTransfEd 2024 is related to the ICTERI 2024 Track 3: ICT Applications in Academia & Industry: ICT solutions for competence design and development / ICT development to support technology-enhanced teaching and learning, including life-long learning / ICT solutions for quality assurance in education and education management / Novel ICT infrastructures, tools, and environments for research, cooperation, and knowledge transfer.
The deadline for submission of papers is 07/29/2024.
IX INTERNATIONAL WORKSHOP LIFE LONG LEARNING USING ICT: PERSON-ORIENTED APPROACH (3L-PERSON-2024)
The IX International Workshop Life-Long Learning using ICT: Person-oriented Approach (3L-Person) in the series of workshop under this title continues topics set in 2016 with new sub-topics accordingly to new challenges in the field of education (such as “Synthetic learning environment: AR/VR/MR, AI in education, etc.” since 2020). The main idea of the series is ICTs’ creation-development-implementation at stages Academia → Education/Training → Industry. The quick transfer of the world to remote education and work has led to appearance of the hybrid workforce and needs of the further Human-System-Integration (HSI), where the ”System” means an education system, first of all. HSI in education is considered as a mutual adaptation of a human and ICT for K16 + re-skilling during the whole human active life.

The National Research Fund of Ukraine Competitions
In December 2023, the Scientific Council of NRFU approved the terms of the competitions: "Research Infrastructures for Conducting Advanced Scientific Research", "Science for Strengthening the Defense Capability of Ukraine", "Advanced Science in Ukraine".
Project selection begins. The winners will receive grant support for conducting fundamental and practical scientific research for development of the national research space and its integration into the world research space.
