The journal of the Institute for Digitalisation of Education is the winner of the competition of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine

The Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine has summarized the results of the competitive selection of scientific professional publications for financial support for 2026–2027. The list of winners includes the journal “Information Technologies and Learning Tools”, the founder and publisher of which is the Institute for Digitalisation of Education of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine. The competition became the first institutional mechanism for state support for journals indexed in Scopus and/or Web of Science Core Collection, and is aimed at improving the quality, openness and international integration of Ukrainian scientific periodicals. The inclusion of the journal in the list of winners confirms a consistent editorial policy, adherence to the principles of academic integrity, open access and compliance with international standards of scientific publishing.

We sincerely thank Valery Bykov, the editor-in-chief of the journal, for his many years of scientific and organizational leadership and consistent affirmation of the principles of academic integrity and open science.

The results of the competition open a new stage of development for the journal, focused on improving the quality of publications, expanding international cooperation, and deepening scientific dialogue in the field of digitalization of education.
