On February 6, 2026, the IX International Scientific and Methodological Conference “Advanced Technologies for Implementing Educational Initiatives” was held. The initiator of the annual scientific event was the Department of Social Communications, Document Studies and Information Activities of the Grigoriy Skovoroda University in Pereyaslav. The Institute for Digitalsation of Education of the NAES of Ukraine is traditionally a co-organizer of the conference. Olga Pinchuk, a member of the conference program committee and deputy director for scientific and experimental work of the Institute, noted in her speech: “Advanced technologies are not only about innovative tools. They are about responsibility, about methodology, about professional standards for working with information. It is specialists in social communications, document studies, and information activities who are at the forefront of this challenge today. It largely depends on you whether artificial intelligence will become a partner in the development of knowledge systems or a source of devaluation of trust in a text, document, or publication.”
