Department of network technologies and databases created at the Institute for Digitalisation of Education of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine (the Institute of Information Technologies and Learning Tools of the NAES of Ukraine) on the base of the department of open education and scientific information systems in January 2015.

Employees of the department monitored the use of resources of the digital library using the service Google Analytics and statistics module Electronic Library of the NAES of Ukraine.
