On 9 June 2026, a session of meetings of the All-Ukrainian Scientific and Methodological Seminar “Learning and Education Systems in a Computer-Oriented Environment” was held online. Within the framework of the seminar meetings, a preliminary discussion of the results of dissertation research was conducted for the following PhD candidates:

• Viktoriia Bolotina, on the topic “The Use of Computer Graphics Tools in Developing Creativity among Bachelor’s Students in the Field of Information Technologies”;
• Serhii Batsenko, on the topic “A Computer-Oriented Methodology for Developing Digital Literacy among Heads of General Secondary Education Institutions”;
• Svitlana Proskura, on the topic “The Use of Web-Oriented Technologies in Teaching Programming to Bachelor’s Students in Computer Science”.

The dissertations were presented for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy.
