On September 24, 2026, a meeting of the Specialized Academic Council was held. During the meeting of the Specialized Academic Council D 26.459.01 at the Institute for Digitalisation of Education of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine, Iryna Serhiivna Mintii defended her dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences in specialty 13.00.10 – Information and Communication Technologies in Education, entitled “Methodological System of Blended Learning for Future Computer Science Teachers.”
