On October 17, 2024, the Presidium of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine heard a report by Maria Shyshkina, Head of the Department of Cloud-Oriented Systems and Artificial Intelligence in Education at the Institute of Digitalization of Education of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, and Senior Research Fellow, on the progress and results of the research on the issues of using artificial intelligence in secondary education. After discussing Maria Pavlivna’s report and the information presented by Volodymyr Kamyshyn, Corresponding Member of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine and Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, the Presidium emphasized that the research on the identification and proper use of artificial intelligence capabilities in the educational process, as a potentially powerful tool for enhancing its efficiency and quality at all levels, should be adequately reflected in the scientific agenda of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine in the near and medium term.

4 жовтня відбулось засідання робочої групи у складі Ольги ПІНЧУК (Інститут цифровізації освіти), Вячеслава ПУЗИРНОГО (Пенітенціарна академія України) та Дмитра ПОКРИШНЯ (Інститут професійного розвитку ПАУ). Зустріч дала змогу детально обговорити можливості майбутніх напрацювань у сфері цифровізації науки та освіти, з урахуванням проблемних питань цифрової трансформації післядипломної освіти та підвищення кваліфікації персоналу Пенітенціарної служби України. Результатом засідання стало підписання договору про співпрацю між Пенітенціарною академією України, в особі в.о. ректора Юлії ПЕТРОВСЬКОЇ, та Інститутом цифровізації освіти НАПН України, в особі директора Олега СПІРІНА.

23 вересня 2024 року відбувся третій англомовний рецензований воркшоп з цифрової трансформації освіти – DigiTransfEd 2024.
Захід проходив у гібридному форматі на базі Українського католицького університету, м. Львів. Співголови програмного комітету: Тетяна ВАКАЛЮК, Державний університет «Житомирська політехніка», Вячеслав ОСАДЧИЙ, Київський столичний університет імені Бориса Грінченка, Ольга ПІНЧУК, Інститут цифровізації освіти НАПН України. У заході взяли участь 37 науковців і педагогів, фахівців ІТ галузі. Доповідачі презентували найкращі матеріали. За результатами рецензування було відібрано 11 з 27 поданих статей.
Матеріали найкращих доповідей увійшли до збірника конференції та подані до індексації в Scopus.
