On June 15, 2026, the Institute for Digitalisation of Education of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine and the Municipal Institution Sumy Regional Institute of Postgraduate Pedagogical Education signed a cooperation agreement aimed at the development of joint scientific, educational, scientific and methodical and innovative activities. The document was signed by the Director of the Institute for Digitalisation of Education of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine, Oleg SPIRIN, and the Rector of the Sumy Regional Institute of Postgraduate Pedagogical Education, Yuriy NIKITIN.

THE PURPOSE of cooperation is to combine the scientific and educational potential of institutions to develop scientific and methodological principles for the digitalisation of education and science, create and implement modern digital solutions, develop information and digital competencies of pedagogical, scientific and pedagogical and research workers, as well as implement joint projects in the field of digital transformation of education.

The conclusion of the agreement creates new opportunities for the development of partnerships between institutions, the implementation of joint research and educational initiatives, the dissemination of innovative practices, and the improvement of the quality of professional development of specialists in the field of education.
