A new issue of the international electronic scholarly journal “Information Technologies and Learning Tools” has been published. This issue contains 15 articles by authors from Ukraine and abroad, focusing on the use of digital technologies in education, the professional development of educators, the management of educational institutions, and scientific research. The featured publications cover general secondary, vocational, higher, and postgraduate education, combining theoretical approaches with an examination of the practical application of modern technologies.
One of the key themes of this issue is artificial intelligence in education—specifically, how school students perceive AI while studying natural sciences; the use of AI tools to develop students’ cognitive competencies and creative thinking; and the application of AI in teaching programming, foreign languages, and other subjects. Special attention is given to the impact of large language models on the reliability of assessing learning outcomes based on written laboratory reports. One article, co-authored by researchers from the Institute, proposes a systemic model for utilizing AI tools in scientific research.
