Since 2010, the Institute of Digitalization of Education of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine (hereinafter the Institute of Educational Digitalization of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine) has been functioning since 2010 with the Specialized Academic Council D 26.459.01 with the right to accept for consideration and conduct the defense of dissertations for the degree of Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences (candidate) in the specialty 13.00.10 - information and communication technologies in education.
The Specialized Academic Council D 26.459.01 of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine currently includes 11 doctors of science who are leading scientists in the field of digitalization of education and science in Ukraine.
Prepared dissertations undergo a thorough analysis by leading scientific doctors and candidates of sciences of the Institute of National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, as well as members of the Specialized Scientific Council D 26.459.01 Institute of National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.
During the period 2011-2023, there were 64 defenses of theses, of which 14 were doctoral and 50 were candidate's.
All doctors and candidates of sciences who defended their dissertations in the Specialized Academic Council D 26.459.01 ITC of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine work as leading specialists in the best educational institutions and scientific institutions, in particular: the Institute of Digitalization of Education of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Ivan Franko Drogobitsk State Pedagogical University, Ternopil National Pedagogical University named after Volodymyr Hnatyuk, Kyiv National University named after Taras Shevchenko, National Technical University of Ukraine "Kyiv Polytechnic Institute named after Igor Sikorsky", National University of Bioresources and Nature Management of Ukraine, Kharkiv National University of Economics named after Semyon Kuznets, Zhytomyr State University named after Ivan Franko, State Zhytomyr Polytechnic University, Kryvyi Rih National University, State Higher Educational Institution Kryvyi Rih National University, Sumy State University, Cherkasy State Technological University, Kyiv Borys Grinchenko University, Ivano-Frankivsk National Technical University of Oil and Gas, Vinnytsia National Technical University, National Aviation University, Ukrainian State University named after Mykhailo Drahomanov, Rivne State Humanitarian University, Ukrainian Engineering and Pedagogical Academy, Ternopil National Medical University named after I.Ya. Kindergarten "Forest Tale".
The training of protected applicants directly took place and continues in the scientific schools of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. We are proud of our protected dissertations and are glad that the scientific schools continue their development and become more widespread.
