On November 21, 2023, the 11th All-Ukrainian Scientific and Practical Conference of Young Scientists "Scientific Youth - 2023" was held online. 175 people registered for the conference, more than 100 abstracts of reports (articles) were submitted to the Conference Proceedings. It is planned to publish the Conference Proceedings with ISBN and DOI by the end of December 2023. The conference has been held annually for 11 years in cooperation with the councils of young scientists of Ukrainian universities and scientific institutions of Ukraine. Anna Yatsyshyn, a leading researcher of the digital transformation department of the Institute for Digitalisation of Education of the NAES of Ukraine, is the initiator and coordinator of the event.

On November 10, 2023, the XIV International Scientific and Practical Conference "Multimedia Technologies in Education and Other Fields of Activity" was held in the National Aviation University. Institute for Digitalisation of Education of the NAES of Ukraine, Department of Computer Multimedia Technologies, Faculty of International Relations of the National Aviation University; Ukrainian Language and Information Fund of the NAS of Ukraine; Maria Grzegozhevska Academy of Special Pedagogy (Republic of Poland); Institute of Sociological Sciences and Pedagogy of the Academy of Agriculture in Warsaw (Republic of Poland) were organized the event.

On October 20, 2023, about 100 participants took part online in the All-Ukrainian Informational and Educational Forum "STEM and FEM". There was a discussion of the actual problems of women scientists in the realities of the war in Ukraine regarding their development, achievements and success; overcoming crisis situations and gender stereotypes; search for ways to popularize scientific activity among young people.

On October 3, 2023, the 16th International Scientific and Practical Conference “Modern Information Technologies and Innovative Teaching Methods in the Training of Specialists” was held. Institute for Digitalisation of Education of the NAES of Ukraine has been co-organized of the event. The conference participants were greeted by the director of the institute, Oleg Spirin, who delivered a speech "Digital transformation of educational environments: the place and role of pedagogical research."

The 3rd International Scientific and Practical Conference "Immersive Technologies in Education" was held on September 22, 2023/ It was organized by the Department of Open Learning Environment Technologies of the Institute of Digitalization of Education of the NAES of Ukraine. Co-organizers and partners of the conference became the National Academy of Education named after I. Altynsarin of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kraków Pedagogical University named after the National Education Commission, UiT Arctic University of Norway.

On September 19, 2023, co-located with the 18th International Conference on ICT in Education, Research, and Industrial Applications: Integration, Harmonization, and Knowledge Transfer (ICTERI 2023), the 6th international workshop dedicated to methods, resources and technologies of open education and science (MROL 2023) was held. The organizers of the workshop Hennadiy Kravtsov (Kherson State University, Ukraine), Mariya Shyshkina (Institute for Digitalisation of Education of NAES of Ukraine, Ukraine), Paul Plaskura (Jan Kochanowski University in Kielce, Poland) selected 20 best reports for presentation.

On May 25, 2023, the 7th annual international scientific and practical conference Comparative and International Education 2023: Horizons of Innovations was held. The event was organised by the Institute for Digitalisation of Education of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine in cooperation with educational institutions of Ukraine and European countries. The conference is a platform for discussing challenges and best practices in education in Ukraine, Europe and the world through the prism of cross-cultural comparisons. Researchers of the department of comparative information and educational innovations presented the results of their scientific research to the participants of the event.
